Return policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return carrier. However, in many cases you will receive it sooner. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete orders" link in the "My account" menu, then click the "Return item(s)" button. We will notify you by email of your refund once the returned item has been received and processed.

Shipping

We can ship orders to almost any address in the world. Please note that some restrictions apply to certain products and that some items cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the selected carrier, estimated dates may appear on the shipping options page.

Please also note that shipping costs for many items we sell are calculated based on weight. The weight of each such item is shown on its detail page. In accordance with the policies of the carriers we use, all weights are rounded up to the next pound.
